How long does delivery take?

Orders to core EU markets arrive in 5–7 business days on standard delivery, or 1–3 on express. Elsewhere in Europe, allow 5–7 business days.

Will I have to pay import duties?

In EU and UK markets, no — duties and taxes are included in the price you pay and nothing further is payable on delivery. For non-EU destinations such as Switzerland and Norway, import duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery, and this is stated at checkout before you pay.

How long do I have to return something?

30 days from delivery, for any unworn piece with tags attached and in its original packaging. This is in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that EU and UK customers have.

Do you charge for returns?

Exchanges are free within the EU and UK — we cover the return label and the outbound replacement. For refunds, return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece.

Delivery windows are business days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

Duties and taxes

EU and UK orders ship DDP — delivered duty paid. All import duties and taxes are included in the price shown, and nothing further is payable when the parcel arrives.

Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU destinations ship DAP — delivered at place. Import duties and local VAT are not included and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Your country and this treatment are both shown at checkout before you pay.

We will never add a cost after you have paid. If the total at checkout says duties are included, they are.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece with its tags attached and in its original packaging. This is our own policy and sits on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to EU and UK consumers.

To start a return, open the order in your account and choose the items and a reason. We reply within one business day with return instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free within the EU and UK: we cover the return label and the outbound replacement. If a size is not right, exchanging it costs you nothing but the time.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving with us. For refunds (as opposed to exchanges), return shipping is at your cost unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item — in which case we cover everything.

What we cannot accept

Pieces that have been worn, altered or damaged after delivery.
Pieces returned without tags or original packaging.
Returns started more than 30 days after delivery.

Natural variation in leather grain, and small marks inherent to full-grain hides, are characteristics of the material rather than faults. If you are unsure whether something is a fault, send us a photograph and we will tell you honestly.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order number and photographs. We will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover shipping both ways. Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
