Why we exist
Most leather jackets are bought once and regretted quietly. The leather turns out to be a thin coating over a split hide. The shoulder never sat right. The zip failed in the third winter. The jacket goes to the back of the wardrobe, and the next one is bought somewhere else.
ARVANTEO exists because that is a solvable problem. A leather jacket is one of the few garments that can genuinely last decades — but only if the hide is the right grade, the pattern is graded properly across sizes, and the parts that wear out are ones a specialist can replace.
What we make
We make a small collection of leather jackets for men and women: bikers, bombers, café racers and leather tailoring. Full-grain cowhide where the piece needs structure, lambskin where it needs drape, goat suede where it needs lightness.
We do not run seasonal collections in the usual sense. A jacket enters the collection when it is right and stays until it no longer is. That is slower, and it is the point.
How we price
We sell directly, which removes the wholesale margin that traditionally doubles a garment's retail price. The saving goes into the hide and the construction rather than into the price — which is why an ARVANTEO jacket is specified in full on every product page. Leather type, finish, weight, lining, hardware, country of manufacture. If a detail matters to how long the jacket lasts, it is written down.
Where we make
Our jackets are made in Pakistan, in workshops that have specialised in leather outerwear for decades. Leather garment-making is a craft skill, and the people who do it well have usually been doing it a long time. We state the country of manufacture on every product page because you are entitled to know it, not because we have been asked to.
What we will not do
- We will not run countdown timers or invent scarcity that does not exist.
- We will not write our own reviews, or show a rating we have not earned.
- We will not make sustainability claims we cannot substantiate. Leather is a by-product of an industry with a real footprint, and the honest answer is that the lowest-impact jacket is the one you wear for fifteen years.
- We will not add costs after you have paid.
Crafted to Endure
It is on every page for a reason. A jacket that is still worth wearing in a decade is the only measure of whether we have done this well.
