Yes. Every ARVANTEO jacket is made from real leather, and the specific grade is stated on each product page. We never describe a coated split as full-grain.

In Pakistan, in workshops that have specialised in leather outerwear for decades. The country of manufacture is shown on every product page.

A full-grain jacket in regular wear, conditioned once or twice a year, typically lasts 15 years or more. The zip and lining usually need replacing at least once in that time — both are routine, inexpensive repairs, which is exactly why we specify replaceable parts.

Measure your chest and shoulder and compare them against our size chart. The shoulder is the most important measurement because it is the one a tailor cannot alter. Our size guide has a suggestion tool and full measuring instructions.

No, and we will not guess. Two people of the same height and weight can differ by ten centimetres in the shoulder. Send us your measurements instead and we will tell you what we would send.

Exchanges are free within the EU and UK — we cover the return label and the outbound replacement. A size change costs you nothing but time.

In the EU and UK, no — duties and taxes are included in the price you pay. For Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU destinations, duties and local VAT are collected by the carrier on delivery, and this is stated at checkout before you pay.

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and it is also in your account under Orders.

30 days from delivery for any unworn piece with tags attached and in its original packaging. This sits on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers.

Open the order in your account and choose the items and a reason. We reply within one business day with return instructions. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order number.

Within 5 business days of the return arriving with us, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Major debit and credit cards, and PayPal where available. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported through our card provider on compatible devices.

Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach ARVANTEO servers. We store only the card brand and last four digits, so you can recognise the payment on your statement.

Euro and British Pound. Prices are set individually per currency rather than converted at checkout, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.

Store it on a wide hanger away from heat and direct sun, wipe it down regularly, and condition it once or twice a year. Never machine wash it and never speed-dry it. Our care guide covers the detail.

Hang it on a wide hanger at room temperature, away from any heat source, and let it dry slowly — then condition it, because evaporating water takes oils with it.
